We are an in-studio and online music school based in Ashburn, VA. We believe that classical techniques of teaching best lay a musical foundation for our students giving them a musicianship to explore classical as well as other genres like pop, rock, musical theatre and Indian music. Notes n' Beats students and teachers actively engage with the community and conduct music events to help local non-profit organizations as well.

Interview Process
We are now looking for both online and in-person teachers to teach in our Ashburn and South Riding studios.
Piano Instructor: As a piano instructors, you will teach children and adults how to play the piano along with music theory and also how to read music. You will focus on how to make the lessons fun for your students and prepare them for recitals and performances and competitions. Any experience with diverse genres of music will be an added plus.
Guitar Instructor: If you are a classical or acoustic or electric guitar player and love to teach classical or other genres like pop, rock, blues, jazz, this is the place to be. While we focus on classical techniques, we introduce diverse genres to the students and build their repertoire.
Drum Instructor: If you are a drum set player or a percussion player and can play different styles, join our team. Our drum teachers often run our rock bands and train our students to play rock and pop and even Bollywood music.
Voice Instructor: If you sing classical or theatre or pop or jazz, we would love to interview with you to join our team. You will teach a set of dedicated students that want to learn and diversify their singing. We start with classical techniques, breathing techniques and posture corrections and apply that to other genres.
Operations Coordinator: Manage the front desk at the Ashburn studio. If you are the kind who loves to meet people and stay organized and can multi-task, this job is for you. You will serve as the face of the company and also maintain a healthy looking studio. You may also help with organizing events!
